We are looking to strengthen our field sales team in Eberswalde with immediate effect on a full-time basis:
Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) – Food for
Bulk consumers, focus on care & retirement homes (Greater Berlin area)
Sales area: Greater Berlin area
Your tasks
- You will be the first point of contact for our customers in the care & senior citizen facilities sector in the greater Berlin area and provide them with comprehensive advice on our products, services and customized solutions.
- Continuous analysis and optimization of sales and earnings potential with existing customers: You will identify growth opportunities by continuously reviewing and improving sales strategies in order to maximize earnings.
- Responsibility for the sales and revenue of your sales territory: You will have overall responsibility for achieving and increasing sales targets in your assigned territory by utilizing your expertise and market knowledge.
- Acquisition of new customers: You will proactively identify and acquire new business customers by developing and implementing customized sales strategies and individual solutions
- Conducting market and competitive analyses: You will regularly monitor and analyze market trends and competitive activities in order to identify opportunities and risks at an early stage and take appropriate measures.
- Analyzing relevant market segments and trends: You will research and evaluate current and future market segments and trends in order to develop and implement innovative and market-oriented sales strategies.
Your profile
- You have completed training, preferably in wholesale/retail or in the catering industry
- You have professional experience in the specialist area of canteen kitchens or food service and have solid customer and sales experience in the food service environment
- You are characterized by reliability, commitment and communication skills
- You show a high degree of initiative, success orientation and a sense of responsibility
- You have several years of experience in field sales in a relevant company (wholesale, food service/B2B)
- You have good negotiating skills and strong powers of persuasion
- You have very good analytical skills and good PC skills (MS Office)
