- Daily control and support for the cleaning and disinfection work in the entire provision area.
- Collaboration in ensuring the criteria of ship safety, the acceptance of goods, a seaworthy storage of all stocks at all times.
- Supporting the Hotel Inventory Controller with all necessary daily administrative tasks.
- Close cooperation with the Hotel Inventory Controller, including regular documentation processing and up-to-date reporting on all conflicts or disruptions in operations.
- Responsible for sustainable workflows of all storage and loading operations and their agreed quality standards.
- Ensuring the compilation and delivery of order quantities to all ship areas and outlets in the F&B and non-food areas.
- Monitoring strict compliance with safety, environmental and hygiene guidelines (USPH/HACCP, ISM/&ISO, SQM, HLC service standards) in the area of responsibility.
- Carrying out inventories and recording all best before dates of the counted product groups.
- Contract duration of your first assignment: 4 months, subsequent follow-up contracts possible.
We are looking for the best: you! This is what you bring on board:
- Completed training in the food/commercial sector or relevant practical experience.
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally shipping experience available.
- IT skills (Microsoft Office, ideally Crunchtime merchandise management system).
- You have good product knowledge in the food sector as well as good knowledge of U.S.P.H. and Ship San Standards.
- Flexibility and organizational skills as well as cost and quality awareness are a matter of course for you.
- You feel most comfortable in a team, but can also work independently and are reliable and able to work under pressure.
- Very good knowledge of German and English.
