Sales Manager (STARS)*
You will be happy to take on these tasks:
- Planning and implementing sales activities and campaigns in the assigned sales territory
- Qualification and development of new customers
- Implementing an effective key account management strategy to support and further develop important customer relationships for the tristar hotel group
- Conducting sales talks and contract negotiations
- Long-term customer retention and profit-relevant increase in business volume
- Developing, planning and implementing sales promotion measures
- Presenting the hotels at trade fairs, networking events and sales trips
- Organization and implementation of house tours, telemarketing activities, customer events and FAM trips
- Participation in central measures
- Preparation of regular reports for the Head of Sales & Commercial Europe
- Intensive collaboration with the responsible colleagues in the hotels
- Market observation and analysis
