Become part of our Headquarters team in Berlin by appointment and apply as
Coordinator People & Culture (STARS)*

Together with you, your future team will consist of seven people and will support our hotel operations throughout Germany centrally from Berlin. You will be the personal contact for all our triSTARS (that’s what we call our employees) and work very sustainably with modern digital equipment. Your working hours can be arranged flexibly – let’s just talk about it!

You are happy to take on these tasks:

  • You design job advertisements and provide support in recruiting
  • Supporting the talent pool
  • You like to use social media and find new recruiting channels
  • Entering, updating and checking employee master data with the help of our PPE HR software
  • General administrative support and dealing with correspondence
  • Supporting internal communication with all employees, our triSTARS
  • Maintaining our homepage and various social media portals
