to deputize for the General Manager

You are happy to take on these tasks:

• First point of contact for the front office team
• Representing the General Manager in his absence
• Revenue management
• You see yourself as a host, give our guests a warm welcome and deal with them openly and charmingly
• Check in and check out our guests
• You accept and process reservation, group and meeting requests
• Responsibility for cash management and debtor control
• Preparation of the month-end closing
• Supporting the General Manager in the creation of duty rosters
• Perform all administrative tasks at the front office and in the back office safely and independently
• You contribute to an effective and efficient operational process
• You ensure an active flow of communication between all areas of our company
