Trainer / Personnel Developer on board the AIDA ships (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Degree in tourism, hotel industry, humanities, education or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in a service-oriented industry and training skills (e.g. in the areas of motivation, communication or foreign language)
- above-average knowledge of German and English (TOEFEL, TOEIC or similar) as well as confidence in conducting training in German & English
- Enthusiasm for intercultural and value-oriented training
- Passionate about communication, enjoy supporting colleagues in their development and have a personality that inspires and convinces others
Your destination
- Supporting the AIDA crew on their way to perfect service as well as training and developing their skills on board
- Creative & independent development of own concepts within the framework of AIDA standards
- Realization of AIDA language, soft skills, leadership and online trainings with your communicative talent
- Reliable organization & implementation of the versatile training courses as well as education controlling in the AIDA Learning Management System for sustainable development
- Professional advice on the individual development of our international crew
- Helping to shape our AIDA corporate culture (Stronger together!)
