Caritas Trägergesellschaft „St. Elisabeth“ gGmbH was founded in November 2003 as a subsidiary of the Caritas Association for the Diocese of Erfurt e.V. and currently operates 21 facilities throughout Thuringia. CTE currently employs around 850 people and is a strong service network.
Your tasks
Production and preparation of all required dishes using modern cooking techniques
Purchasing and correct storage of the required ingredients
Serving the food
Instructing and supervising the assistants
Your qualifications
Training as a chef
Up-to-date, well-founded specialist knowledge
Attentive and appreciative attitude towards older people and enjoyment of work
Flexibility, reliability, ability to work under pressure and organizational skills
