- Experience in F&B purchasing, F&B cost control or category management (e.g. hotel, food retail, contract caterer)
- Sound knowledge of a food product group
- High affinity for numbers and strong analytical skills

- Ability to work in a team, communicative and assertive personality
- Good MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
- Experience with merchandise management systems („Delegate“)
- Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
Your mission…
- Responsibility in central purchasing for several product groups
- Organization, participation and support in supplier tenders
- Selection of efficient suppliers and optimization of existing supplier relationships
- Connecting suppliers to the „Delegate“ merchandise management system
- Target-oriented contract, price and listing negotiations as well as organizing and conducting annual meetings with suppliers
- Carrying out market observations and analyses of the competition with regard to product range, market prices and current trends
- Identifying product innovations and developing corresponding purchasing strategies
- Responsibility for results for the assigned product groups
