Head of Food Operation & Support (m/f/d)
you are the head of our culinary ship! You will support the operational management and further development of our gastronomic processes. Your goal? To take the food service division to the next level – with a smile on your face and a good dash of innovation!

Your tasks:
- Strategic management:
- Develop and implement an operational strategy
- Optimize our structures so that everything runs like clockwork – and not just when cooking
- Ensure that our quality always remains at the highest level
- Operational responsibility:
- Use KPIs to help you keep an eye on quality, sales and costs
- Projects:
- Lead exciting projects to improve processes and customer experience. You are the project manager we need!
- Develop playbooks that are so good they could become bestsellers
- Innovation and development:
- Analyze food trends and integrate them into our gastronomic units. Be the trendsetter that everyone admires!
- Bring digital solutions into play that make our processes so efficient that we have more time for the essentials: the food!
- Budget and cost responsibility:
- Keep costs under control and develop measures for profitability
Wwhat you bring with you:
- A successfully completed degree in gastronomy, hotel management or business administration (MBA? Great!)
- Proven experience in managing operational processes in the catering industry – ideally in multi-unit management or the food service sector
- Strong knowledge of quality management, process optimization and team leadership
- You are fit in MS Office and have very good communication skills
- Business fluent in German and English – so that you can also communicate internationally
