Tradition-conscious and forward-looking: KIRINUS Alpenpark Klinik has been an institution on Lake Tegernsee since 1962. Run by the third generation of the family, we set standards at the highest medical level in a sophisticated ambience. We are taking the next step in our development with the upcoming clinic extension based on a design by star architect Matteo Thun. Once the conversion and extension of our clinic is complete, we plan to open a star-level à la carte restaurant. The cuisine at the KIRINUS Alpenpark Clinic is not of the standard of a hospital kitchen, but is of the quality of an upmarket restaurant with set menus. We would like to continue our pioneering work in the German gastronomy landscape in the future – preferably together with you.
Your tasks
Host mentality: With excellent service, you are committed to providing courteous care and advice to our guests in order to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction
Quality assurance: You will be responsible for managing and monitoring all service processes in accordance with our high quality standards and hygiene guidelines
Staff management: leading, training and managing a motivated 15-strong team as well as duty and vacation planning for the department together with your deputies
Co-creation: You have a clear focus on achieving your goals and enjoy developing the department through your ideas, process optimizations and conceptual work
Your qualifications
Teamwork: You work together with other departments in a communicative and success-oriented manner (focus: kitchen and nutritional advice)
Commitment: You are enthusiastic about new trends in F&B and contribute your ideas for innovative concepts
You have completed vocational training in the hotel or catering industry, ideally in the restaurant sector
Sound professional experience including management experience, ideally in upscale gastronomy
A passion for food and wine, an interest in the product and the ability to share this knowledge with others
As a team player, you set a good example, impress with your skills and performance as well as your friendly, open-minded personality
Very good German language skills, a high level of quality awareness and business acumen round off your profile
