Your tasks:

  • Planning, organization and management of sales activities and sales promotion measures, in particular for the Leisure Groups segment

  • Close and trusting cooperation under the direction of the Director of Sales with the employees at the head office and the hotels

  • Representing the Director of Sales in his absence

  • Coordination and organization of the team’s daily activities

  • Presenting the company at industry-relevant trade fairs, events and customer meetings

  • Participation in the development of sales strategies

  • Participating in the creation of the sales and marketing plan

  • Conducting sales talks and price negotiations

  • Customer care and customer retention

Your profile:

  • Experience in a similar position in the hotel industry

  • Experience in working with coach tour operators

  • Very good knowledge of German

  • Sales and turnover-oriented thinking

  • Structured and organized way of working

  • Commitment and high self-motivation

  • Well-groomed appearance and exemplary manners

  • Class B driver’s license
