Kufflers operate the catering in the Alte Oper Frankfurt in ten different event rooms with a capacity of up to 2000 people. This is connected to a large premium catering service, which is organized and carried out from the opera house.
Johannes Ballmann’s cuisine at the Opéra has a certain cosmopolitan flair. The chef focuses on a really good product and adds harmonious accompaniments. These are sometimes Asian-inspired or Italian, without the dish losing its Frankfurt origins.
