Your tasks

Creation of seminar documents
Ordering and creation of advertising material
Organization, planning and precise coordination of individual events with hotels, trainers, office staff, etc.
Coordination of dates for the annual planning meetings
Planning and consultation with hotels and contractual partners
Supporting the registration process, drafting and sending out invitations
On-site event support
Post-processing, e.g. auditing invoices, charging on etc.

Your qualifications

Completed training in the event sector, in the hotel and tourism industry or in office management
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Responsible and detail-oriented way of working
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Efficient time management and multitasking skills
Independent and structured way of working
Proficient in the use of common MS Office programs
Professional experience in the above-mentioned job profile is desirable
Personally, you have a strong service orientation, are a strong communicator, reliable, committed and discreet in handling confidential data. Your working style is independent and results-oriented.
