The Schützenhof Paderborn is a renowned hall and hall business for private and company celebrations, great events as well as conferences and trade fairs with an adjoining à la carte beer garden. The Schützenhof Paderborn also provides catering for our second event center, the Paderhalle.

Your tasks

Production of meals in accordance with the item assignment at the highest quality level and in accordance with Schützenhof standards
Ensuring a smooth and professional kitchen process by working in a planned, economical and cost-conscious manner
Achieving an optimal presentation and a perfect taste result
Precise knowledge of the menus, daily menus, the banqueting department’s function sheets and the daily activities at the Schützenhof
Providing food on time
Ensuring optimal communication with all departments involved in kitchen production
Guidance and control of employees in the same post
Monitoring the proper storage of all food and raw materials in the designated storage rooms
Compliance with all internal standards for the use of raw materials and materials in food production
Compliance with HACCP regulations
Ensuring a minimum stock of the required goods to enable a smooth process
Helping to reduce costs in the kitchen area by avoiding losses and working and stocking effectively
Preparation of the mise-en-place according to the standard of the house and taking into account the daily fluctuating workload
Monitoring the careful and cautious handling of all cutting and technical equipment
Performing all tasks required of the chef as part of the business process
Correctly passing on information of any kind concerning the house to the team, department management and superiors

Your qualifications

Commitment and ability to work in a team
Good knowledge of German
Driving license
