Your tasks
For our food supply
Ensuring the provision of meals for patients and employees from a hygienic and economic point of view.
Production/regeneration of food components for the individual meals for staff and patients, taking into account the daily production plans, including sensory evaluation
Assisting with the portioning, storage and production of patient meals for Winnenden and Schorndorf, as instructed by the direct supervisor
Production and provision of goods for the cafeteria store area
Cleaning and disinfecting workstations and kitchen equipment
Support in the organization of internal and external events (catering)
Your qualifications
Completed training as a chef or cook (m/f/d)
Professional experience in community catering desirable
Experience in the healthcare sector an advantage
High level of commitment, organizational skills and creativity
Training according to § 43 IfSG
Good written and spoken German skills
Sense of responsibility, flexibility and a structured way of working
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A service-oriented attitude towards employees and patients
Initiative, team spirit and the ability to keep a cool head even in hectic times
Class B driver’s license and own vehicle
Full vaccination protection against measles in accordance with IfSG (proof of 2 vaccinations before starting work)
