We are strengthening our team with a DEPUTY HEAD WAITER
(m/f/d) for our exclusive 5-star superior hotel starting May 11th
Your tasks
- Supporting the restaurant manager team
- Contribute to the management and development of a team of approx. 40 employees
- Independent management of individual shifts
- Assistance and support in service
- Carrying out internal training courses
- Close communication and coordination with the other departments in the hotel
- Business management thinking & acting
Your profile
- Several years of experience as Chef de Rang in this hotel category
- Host qualities & a flair for service excellence with in-depth knowledge of wine
- Pleasure in dealing with people & love for the profession
- Professional appearance & ability to work under pressure
- Organizational talent & a motivating approach to employees
- Well-groomed appearance
- Very good knowledge of German & English, other languages an advantage
