The Protestant Mother and Child Clinic Spiekeroog Dünenklinik is apreventive care facility for mothers and children (5-12 years). We canaccommodate a total of 38 mothers and 60 childrenin our clinic.
We are looking for a deputy kitchen manager/cook/specialist in the hospitality industry from 15.01.2025.
Why sea chefs?
You will be responsible for kitchen operations and purchasing in the absence of the head chef:
- You will ensure that production runs smoothly.
- You prepare the food and are responsible for the proper, complete and qualitatively flawless receipt of the delivered goods
You take over
- Activities in the individual work areas
- You will be involved in monitoring, complying with and documenting the regulations on the storage, use and processing of food as well as the HACCP guidelines by proxy
You bring with you
- a completed vocational training as a cook;
- experience in dietary cooking would be desirable
- optimal time management as well as quality and cost awareness
- good knowledge of MS Office.
- Open-mindedness for vegetarian/vegan dishes
- Motivation to deal with nutritional issues
