Your tasks

Ensuring operational commercial flight operations
Preparation of flight plans, offers and cost calculations
Direct customer support during flight organization and execution
Managing, processing and optimizing the daily crew and aircraft deployment, taking into account flight duty and rest periods
Ensuring communication with internal departments and external partners, as well as with authorities
Internal and external coordination of requested and booked flight orders
Occasional involvement in special projects and requests

Your qualifications

Completed vocational training or university degree, preferably with a focus on the commercial, tourism or aviation sector
Ideally at least 2 years of professional experience in aviation as well as LBA or FAA dispatch license
Initial knowledge of a flight planning system (PPS, Jeppesen, Foreflight) is an advantage
Willingness to work shifts and weekends (the operations center is currently staffed Mon – Sun from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.)
Confident with MS Office programs
High responsiveness with excellent organizational and coordination skills
Strong communication skills combined with a calm communication style
Structured and independent working style
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
