Your tasks
Your tasks will include:
You are the face of our ServicePoint and the first point of contact for tenants, event participants and visitors.
Organization and management of operations in the business incubator are part of your daily business.
Looking after our event rooms as well as the coworking and communal areas.
Letting commercial space, including concluding contracts, handovers and acceptances.
Your qualifications
You should have the following qualifications and skills:
Completed commercial training – ideally in the real estate industry, hotel industry, office management or a comparable industry.
You are customer-oriented, have a confident, friendly manner and act proactively.
Organizational skills and a hands-on mentality.
An affinity for technology is a plus: you are fit in dealing with IT systems and willing to learn new things.
