The regional club ADAC Südbayern e.V. was founded in 1903. Today, around 400 employees work in our 17 branches in southern Bavaria. Here we take care of mobility, travel & vacation, insurance and, of course, ADAC membership.
Your tasks
Your tasks include the target- and result-oriented management and leadership of our ADAC office & travel agency.
You will be responsible for the internal planning and implementation of personnel development measures, e.g. coaching, training and team meetings.
You will be responsible for the further development of the location through needs-based advice and sales of all ADAC products and services.
You will also be responsible for the budget.
Your qualifications
You have completed training in the commercial sector.
You are a leader and can demonstrate at least three years in a management position.
You enjoy building and continuously developing teams.
A pronounced economic way of thinking and acting, a high degree of service orientation and sales affinity are a matter of course for you.
