Stiftung zusammen. tun. / Diakonie Hasenbergl is an innovative, non-profit organization with more than 60 facilities and 550 employees in Munich. Our newly renovated office with modern rooms is located at Stanigplatz 10. We are looking for a receptionist for our „General Administration“ department.

Your tasks

You are the face and our first point of contact for callers, visitors and employees of Diakonie Hasenbergl at reception. You have empathy, recognize the need for support and are the good spirit of the house
You have a confident and friendly demeanor and are happy to help, both in the administration team, when supervising interns and beyond. You can handle unusual requests with a sense of humor
You are an organizational talent and have an overview of appointments and events, can provide information and keep a cool head even in turbulent times. You prepare rooms for meetings and training courses – for example with coffee and snacks – and after
You are a team player and work closely with the event management team and colleagues in administration
You enjoy administrative tasks and are responsible for organizing incoming and outgoing mail, for example
The common areas of the office with all equipment including coffee machines or copiers as well as their supplies and storage are in good hands and well looked after with you

Your qualifications

You are flexible, as events sometimes start at 8 a.m. or sometimes end at 5 p.m
You have knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
You have completed training in housekeeping, hotel management, hotel management or similar
You have a good knowledge of German and very good communication skills in personal and telephone contact
