Your tasks.
- You are a host:in from head to toe, with heart and soul and want to follow your "calling". Then we may have the right job for you.
- In this responsible role, you will work as part of a team to look after our employees who are guests at our company guest house from all over the world for meetings and other events.
- As everything starts with planning, this naturally includes topics such as room reservations and scheduling, check-in and check-out as well as support.
- You will be responsible for purchasing and goods control as well as housekeeping - after all, nothing should be missing.
- You will receive support from service providers such as cleaning companies, transport services, restaurants, caterers and other suppliers, which you will coordinate.
- Your guests will be happy to meet you at breakfast service, during coffee breaks and lunch, when you are looking after meetings and events, and to have a chat or two with you.
- You should have a very good command of English, as our group is represented in 44 countries worldwide. A good knowledge of German is also essential for local coordination. Other language skills are also welcome.
- If there is nothing to do, we welcome new ideas, the further development of processes and their implementation.
Your profile.
- You have completed training as a hotel specialist (f/m/d) or a similar profession and already have experience in the areas of reception, events or housekeeping
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
- You have a good technical understanding and routine with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- You enjoy dealing with international guests and foreign cultures, have an open personality and enjoy being a "host"
- You are flexible, decisive and creative, have organizational skills and keep an overview in every situation
