To strengthen our HR team we are looking for you at our location Frankfurt am Main as HR Business Partner (m/f/d) in full-time.

That's what it's all about

  • Solution-oriented support and advice for management, executives and employees on all HR, collective bargaining and labor law issues
  • Constructive sparring partner for managers within a defined area of support
  • Trusting cooperation with the works council
  • Administrative implementation of all HR tasks (e.g. drawing up contracts, works council hearings, employee correspondence, personnel file management, etc.)
  • Involvement in the further development and optimization of specific HR standards and processes
  • Further development of the HR software landscape
  • Taking on project responsibility in interdisciplinary business projects

What sets you apart

  • Academic education or comparable HR training as well as several years of relevant professional experience in HR
  • Very good knowledge of all operational and strategic HR processes
  • Good knowledge of labor and social law as well as works constitution law
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills at different hierarchical levels
  • Analytical and conceptual expertise as well as perseverance and interest in accompanying change processes
  • Affinity for HR software solutions – knowledge of Loga3 an advantage
  • Entrepreneurial thinking
