HR Manager (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Degree in economics or similar with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in HR work in an international context as well as experience in working with works councils
- Networker with strong communication and argumentation skills
- Experience with payroll accounting systems, ideally LOGA
- Very good knowledge of German and English and confident in using MS Office 365
Your destination
- Ensuring the smooth running of our HR processes in a defined support area along the employee journey
- Supervising and supporting our managers and employees in all HR topics (such as personnel planning, personnel development, performance management, conflict resolution and labor law issues)
- Administrative HR work such as drawing up employment contracts, contract amendments, etc.
- Participation in the optimization and digitalization of HR processes in the sense of service provision to managers and employees
