You are happy to take on these tasks:

• Accompanying the final expansion phase of the hotel and the associated documentation
• Independently identifying defects and carrying out all repair and maintenance work in the building and outdoor facilities
• Technical monitoring, active inspection and maintenance of the technical systems and thus ensuring trouble-free operation
• Monitoring and adhering to maintenance intervals
• Coordinating and monitoring the personnel deployed in the building on behalf of external companies
• Coordinating all manual work in the building with other departments
• Compliance with legal regulations on safety, occupational health and safety, fire protection and operation of technical equipment
• Maintenance of outdoor facilities and winter service
