IT Demand Manager (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification
- IT system knowledge and experience in project management
- Good English and very good German language skills as well as confidence in using MS Office 365
- Conceptual and analytical strengths as well as a meticulous way of working
- Economic thinking and acting, hands-on mentality, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
Your destination
- Professional advice and support for internal departments in the submission, prioritization and approval of new IT project ideas
- Analysis of synergy potential between the specialist departments and preparation of IT project ideas including business case in collaboration with the specialist department
- Analyzing the business requirements for new IT services and functions in line with the IT strategy, the IT service portfolio and ongoing IT projects
- handing over the project idea to the portfolio and project management
- monitoring the achievement of objectives as the project progresses
- Development of measures to improve cooperation with the specialist departments and further development of demand management processes and methods
