Your previous course

In tourism, business administration or information technology or a comparable commercial
Training - Several years
Professional experience with IT systems, reservation systems and in 1st /
2nd level user support / helpdesk - Initial experience
in an international working environment desirable - Very good

in booking systems as well as confidence in using MS Office 365, especially

Your destination
- Responsibility for 1st & 2nd level support of the booking systems
- Support in the development of the AIDA booking systems including Jira processing, execution of tests for new or changed functions, preparation and follow-up of releases
- Responsibility for the administration of the reservation systems – in particular user administration
- Support in the creation of master data for the booking systems, e.g. for catalog launches, sales promotions and re-routings
- Regular implementation of the defined SOX controls in the specialist area and preparation of the control documentation to minimize the company risk
