(Junior) Business Analyst / Application Owner CRM Solutions (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- University degree in informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification
- Experience in the support, further development and integration of business applications, ideally in the area of CRM applications
- Knowledge of best practices and new trends in application management, as well as initial experience in project management
- Very good command of English and German and confident in using MS Office 365
- Economic thinking and acting, a structured way of working, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
Your destination
- taking responsibility for parts of our Customer Relation Solutions, starting with the conception, development and provision through to ongoing maintenance
- Analysis of requirements from the specialist departments with regard to feasibility and cost-benefit ratio with corresponding advice and development of solution proposals
- Release management, quality assurance, functional testing and ensuring documentation for the B2C & B2B CRM system landscape
- Close collaboration within the team, with colleagues and stakeholders
- Analysis of potential technology trends and preparation of possible implementations
