Planning of daily operations such as shift planning, menu planning etc.
Preparation of meals and event service
Responsibility for merchandise management, including implementation of purchasing guidelines and ongoing organization of inventory
Maintenance of the merchandise management system and digital invoice processing and approval
Budget planning
Ensuring the specified food quality, hygiene regulations and occupational safety
Ongoing coordination with the house management, head office and internal and external interfaces
Personnel management and development including personnel planning, e.g. carrying out selection processes and induction organization
Planning and ensuring instruction and training
Your qualifications
Qualification as a master chef or state-certified caterer
Experience in communal catering
Calculation security and organizational sovereignty
Confident PC application skills
Interest in the implementation of culinary diversity
Open-minded personality
Openness, patience and empathy in dealing with residents
Gender and culturally sensitive awareness
