Manager IT Fulfillment Solutions (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- University degree in computer science or a comparable qualification
- In-depth knowledge of mobile app development technologies, frameworks and best practices
- Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing projects
- Strong project management skills with a track record of a significant application portfolio
- Very good command of English and good command of German and confident with MS Office 365
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-industry stakeholders
Your destination
- oversee the full application lifecycle of assigned fulfillment solutions and ensure completion on time with respect to scope and budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, milestones and success criteria
- Manage the selection, implementation and optimization of technologies, frameworks and tools
- Establish and enforce quality standards for fulfillment solutions to ensure reliability, security and a flawless user experience
- Implement and monitor testing procedures to ensure functionality and performance of fulfillment solutions
- Actively inquisitive about industry trends and advancements and advise on the adoption of new technologies
- Work closely within the team, with colleagues and stakeholders and actively contribute to the development of a long-term strategy that supports business objectives
- Primarily responsible for team leadership and mentoring, as well as fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
