Manager Onboarding & Operations Support (m/f/d)
Permanent position, full or part-time – remote
Your tasks
- You take care of the complete onboarding process of our new customers from the conclusion of the contract: preparation, on-site onboarding and follow-up
- You create and maintain the hotel and sales information together with the responsible Project Managers
- You support the Project Managers in familiarizing themselves with the customer systems and take over parts of the employee training
- You design efficient processes, monitor relevant KPIs, analyze customer problems and propose solutions
- You take over the maintenance and reporting of key figures in our CRM
- Regular reporting in the team
Your profile
- completed training in the hotel industry or event management or completed studies in the field of event, hotel management, event organization or similar qualification as well as professional experience in a comparable position
- Professional experience in the hotel industry is mandatory
- Confident handling of several PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio Suite, Protel, Sihot) and technical affinity
- Confident handling of common MS Office and database applications
- Very good written and spoken German and English, further language skills are an advantage
- Residence in Germany and willingness to travel regularly (including overnight trips)
- Strong communication skills, an engaging and friendly manner, ability to work in a team, motivation and empathy, flexibility and independent work as well as customer and guest-oriented thinking and acting
