Manager Revenue Management (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Degree in economics, ideally with a specialization in tourism and/or revenue management or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in revenue management, pricing, sales management and/or sales measures, ideally in tourism
- Management experience with further development of teams and employees, especially in change management
- High affinity for numbers and analytical skills as well as confidence in using MS Office 365, especially Excel
- Very good German and good English skills
- Economic thinking and acting as well as hands-on mentality, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
Your destination
- Responsibility for maximizing revenue and occupancy for all trips currently on sale
- Independently analyzing and monitoring the current booking situation and proactively deriving recommendations for action for sales and pricing
- Planning destinations and trips for sales promotions
- Responsibility for defining and prioritizing work processes in the team and optimizing processes through standardization and further development of revenue management tools
- Management and further development of the Revenue Management team
