Teutoburg Forest Tourism is the destination management organization for the region, based in Bielefeld and a department of OstWestfalenLippe GmbH.
The Hermannshöhen is one of the „Top Trails of Germany“, the best hiking trails in Germany, and is the highlight hiking offer of the Teutoburg Forest hiking region.
Your tasks
Administrative support for the Hermannshöhen project office with the ERDF project „ZeitenWandern“
Coordination, planning and organization of meetings and workshops
Collaboration with agencies and service providers in the areas of marketing, product development and hiking infrastructure installations
Collaboration in the implementation of tenders, awards and calls for funds
Management of guest and partner inquiries for the „Hermannshöhen“ project
Your qualifications
Successfully completed training with a tourism, commercial or other relevant orientation or a comparable qualification
We also welcome career changers with an affinity for tourism
Ideally initial professional experience in tourism and project management
Structured and reliable way of working
Strong communication and organizational skills
Creativity, team spirit and a desire to actively contribute to new work processes
