Service Manager (m/f/d) Restaurants – Banquet & Events – Bar
Your qualifications
Your tasks:
- Operational management of the service area (restaurant, bar, banquet), leading our service team
- Implementation of service events in the conference and banquet area
- Friendly and professional interaction with guests and colleagues
- Induction of new employees and trainees
- Ensuring smooth operations including active presence with guests (“hands-on”)
- Management, operational planning and professional development of the team including trainees, preparation of the duty roster
- Complaints and complaints management, escalation point for guest issues
- Goods and inventory checks in coordination with kitchen & purchasing
- Turnover management through active additional sales, promotions and implementation of sales-promoting measures
- Interface to kitchen, event coordination, front office and other departments
- Collaboration on budget/key figure targets (turnover per guest, cost of goods, staff deployment)

- Completed training in the hotel and catering industry
- Several years of service experience; initial management experience in day-to-day operations desirable
- Distinct host mentality, professional and confident appearance
- Strong organizational skills, team-oriented, resilient and flexible
- Very good German and good English skills; other languages an advantage
- Routine in cash register/POS systems and basic understanding of key figures
