Spa Supervisor (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Education and several years of professional and management experience as a team leader (m/f/d) in the spa and wellness sector
- Good German and English language skills and confidence in using MS Office 365
- A high level of service and sales orientation, a positive charisma, confidence and communication skills
Your destination
- Ensuring friendly and professional treatment as well as individual product advice
- Ensuring guest satisfaction and quality assurance as a passionate host
- Managing the sale of spa treatments as well as being proactive, communicative and responsive to guest needs;
- As a team leader (m/f/d), you will be responsible for personnel tasks, duty planning as well as training and coaching your employees
- Motivating the international crew in day-to-day operations and supporting employees in their further development
- Supporting them in carrying out inventories of spa equipment
