Your tasks
Monitoring and documentation of quality-relevant key figures and sensory assessments in the ongoing production process
Taking samples for microbiological and chemical tests
Identifying deviations and initiating and documenting suitable corrective measures
Ongoing maintenance and updating of the defined test data in our ERP system
Your qualifications
Successfully completed training as a food technology specialist, chef, baker, confectioner or a comparable qualification
Enthusiasm for food and its industrial processing
Careful, reliable way of working and enjoy working in a team
Willingness to work in shifts
