Your tasks
Leading and instructing your cleaning team in various processes
Collaboration in the cleaning of objects
Replacing work utensils on site
Quality assurance with regard to the cleaning service provided
Documentation of your team’s working hours
You will support us as a team leader in Universitätsstraße, 44801 Bochum.
Your qualifications
Several years of relevant professional experience in building cleaning
Ideally experience in employee management
Good knowledge of German is essential
Driving license class B mandatory
Willingness to work in shifts and empathy
Customer orientation, reliability and accuracy
