Your mission…

  • You will learn the craft of cooking from masters of their trade – from classic to trendy, always fresh and homemade
  • Finished products are never in our bag
  • Roasting, cooking, braising, grilling, poaching…just like in „grandma’s day“ – honest, fresh gourmet cuisine, skillfully seasoned by ourselves – flavour enhancers and additives are banned
  • Food and beverage science with the latest trends (paleo, detox, superfood etc.) around nutrition & enjoyment
  • Food purchasing/storage, menu calculation, hygiene regulations and the professional use of kitchen equipment round off the learning program
