Your mission…

  • You will learn the craft of cooking from masters of their trade – from classic to trendy, always fresh and homemade
  • Ready-made products are not an option for us
  • Roasting, cooking, braising, grilling, poaching…, just like in “grandma’s time” – honest, fresh gourmet cuisine, skillfully seasoned by yourself – flavor enhancers and additives are banned from our kitchen
  • Food and drink knowledge with the latest trends (paleo, detox, superfood, etc.) around nutrition & enjoyment
  • Food purchasing/storage, menu calculation, hygiene regulations and the professional use of kitchen equipment round off the learning program
