Your tasks
Organizing business trips for our employees at the Iserlohn location
Independently coordinating and booking flight connections, train tickets, hotels, etc. in cooperation with the relevant departments
Answering queries about booking and organizing business trips for the business and complying with the travel policy
Working closely with other Schlüter subsidiaries and external travel agencies
Support with travel expense accounting
Your qualifications
Successfully completed commercial training, ideally in the field of travel, tourism or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in travel management in a comparable position is desirable
Strong communication and organizational skills combined with a strong customer focus
Good knowledge of English
